As President of MARSH, I bring over 20 years of experience in Home and Community Based Programming with a focus on compliance to MN 245D statutes.

My past experience in the public sector monitoring legislative processes will help promote change in the industry to ensure that individuals supported are able to choose to have their needs met in either family-based or corporate-based settings, to ensure that Family Residential Service providers receive comparable compensation for the work they perform, and to promote compliance that is both fair and transparent.

As Vice President of Marsh, I bring over 25 years in Home and Community Based programs. I’ve been a Family Residential Service Provider in Intensive Services for over 5 years focusing on complex mental health support, Person Centered Advocacy and Training.

I’m focused on membership growth, communications, building legislative relationships and community awareness regarding the benefits of Family Residential Service Programs.

Jeff Vesel is a multi-lingual Minnesota attorney (20+ years of experience) who has been licensed for adult foster care for two years.  Jeff also works with technology entrepreneurs to build businesses. Ramsey County recognized his pro bono work representing victims of domestic abuse at trial.

Jeff will serve as treasurer for MARSH and contribute to securing the future for all residential service home providers..

Donna has owned and operated her own residential service home since 2018 and been in the home care sector for over twenty years. She is an expert on the complexities and current climate of service homes and leverages her knowledge and experience to assist MARSH and it’s members with the advocacy of residential service homes.
